I'm Looking for a mobile app designer experienced in Android Layout Animation.
We have a series of icons and they should be zoom and scroll on the screen.

As a general view , we may consider the following app:

Application link will share with shortlisted candidates.

Well commented source code is also needed and should be run on android studio.
