Project overview:
We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service by answering phones, emails, and text channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.
This project requires:
- Answering Phones and Emails
- Customer support experience and be fast-paced in responsiveness.
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Responding to customers right away is key. If not we can lose them as a potential client.
- Available to answer the phones between 8:30 am to 3 p.m. central time (U.S.)
