I need to make a app with the following requirements.
1. The app would be like Facebook messenger.
2. People will register to the app with their personal profile.
3. Without register, people can log in to as a guest.
4. There will be a rating from 1 to 9 people can choose according to their expertness.
5. Logged people can search online users by age, gender and expertness rating.
6. There will be text, audio, video chatting option as like Facebook.
7. People can send a request to anyone for text, audio, video chat.
8. People will be allowed to chat if the request is accepted.
9. After chatting people have an option up to 5 star voting.
10. The voting score will appear to their profile.
11. People have to pay money to chat with a high positive score person.
12. People can create a group chat. Use word 'android' at the start of your proposal.
13. Other people can join the group as a listener.
14. People can send a request to join a group as a speaker.
15. Google separable adds will come to every start and end of a conversation.
16. Bumper add will come while conversation.
