We have a system where we are able to scan trucks. The system is installed on a pole at a height and as the truck passes underneath, the scan is generated.
We are using two 2-D lidars whose data is being stored in a database and is syncronised.
The first part of the project is to measure the velocity of the truck as it passes underneath the system.
The second part is to generate point cloud of the scan.
We need someone who is experienced in Matlab or Point Cloud Library
