Required jquery freelancer for application that calculates numbers job

I am looking for someone who can take an excel spreadsheet that has formulas and calculations and turn it into a web based application. Except I don't want it looking like an excel spreadsheet. I want a front end application where I can drag elements onto the workspace, enter the data that and it spits out the results in a nice format. funnelytics is a good example of what that interface should look like. I will share a video to get an idea of what the excel spreadheet looks like. I am thinking this should be in php but open to ideas.

This should be an easy project for someone with php experience. I am looking to get this done right away. There are some additional functionality that I'd like to add. But I will discuss with the right person who feels they understand what I am looking for and can complete this
