We are looking to expand our team with a VA to do Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. This is not a short term assignment, or a one off project. You will be trained on our platform, and given KPIs and goals to meet on a weekly basis.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in appointment setting either working from home, an office or in a call room. We have a SOLID and proven sales system that is script based. We have an unlimited supply of leads supplied by our dedicated lead generators and you will work directly with the owner.
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Phone Functions:
- Calling Interested Prospects to set appointments for sales team
- Cold Calling Businesses to gauge interest in the products we offer
- Scheduling Appointments Via Phone and Email
- Data and Spreadsheet Management
- Communicating with Sales Team via Email and Skype
- Organizing Google Docs and Microsoft Office Docs
Online Functions
- Project Management Software
- Sales CRM (Prospect Rocket)
- Lead Gen Software (Lead Kahuna)
Requirements

Initially, the position will be part-time 20 hours per week, and increase from there if goals are consistently met.
The Appointment Setter will work as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee. Hours can be determined on a week-by-week basis and there is not a need to "clock-in and clock-out" on a daily basis. All of the work can be done remotely by logging in to our Virtual Server based in the US. Appointment Setter must have their own Internet connection and computer.
