I am looking to build a 1500 sqft Shop / Garage with a gambrel roof and a Lean on. Im looking for someone who can provide me with building drawings that follow building codes, as well as a SketchUp rendering of the project. I live just outside of Ottawa so building codes for the climate and snow load will need to be taken into consideration.

The Foundation:
I am currently leaning towards a standard foundation however, I am not opposed to slab on grade. I am open to suggestions and opinions. I am not intending to heat the slab as the first 20' or so of the shed will be for vehicle parking and not heated. (I don't want to let the heat out 4 times a day as we open the garage doors.)

The Floor Joists / Floor Trusses:
I would prefer to not have support spanning the 30' width for the upper floor. I'm not entirely sure what my options are, and wether or not the additional costs for the solution will change my mind. If they need to be there, we will make it work! I'm open to suggestions and professional advice.

Gambrel Trusses and Lean on:
I would like to have as much height towards the edges as possible on the upper floor. I will share sample image with you soon, but I would like one on mine. The lean on should come out - 8'
Image I pulled off google that shows how open the upper floor is with the style of trusses used. Again I would like as much room as possible, however obviously with a 30' span, I am open to suggestions and advice.

Openings [Garage doors, Man doors, & Windows]:
I would like to have two Garage doors on the end of the building, preferably - 9'w x 8'-9'h and a standard man door on the right on the same end.
I would like to have 5 windows along each length of the building that are - 39' x 24'
I would also like two windows on the upper floor at each end of the building. Whatever size looks proportionally correct.

Additional Information:
preferably the height of the main floor would be - 9' - 10' I'm not sure what the extra foot will cost to build but I'm sure its worth it!
On the second floor, the intention is to eventually build a man cave area with a washroom and a couple of rooms, perhaps a small kitchen.. Not sure if this changes anything as far as how its designed. I would like a decent height. I'm open to suggestions, I would prefer it not feel like a loft.

I downloaded SketchUp and have been playing around with it.. I wanted to be able to visually represent my ideas in a clear(er) way. A file (003.skp) to kind of help with that!
I built the foundation and walls. (probably not to code)
and I downloaded the floor trusses and roof trusses off of SketchUps online library just to give myself an idea! Its certainly not to code or exact, but at least it helps show where my openings are and such.

Thank you for your time!
