- I am building a 2 storey 3br house with pool in susana heights, Muntinlupa city.
- Style is mid century modern
- I've created a sketchup model which needs to be critiqued/improved from an architect/ID point of view.
- Model needs detailing into construction drawings. I'm an amateur.
Deliverables : produce a complete set of signed and chopped structural and architectural blueprints valid for submission and securing of building permit.
