Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Architect - turn a villa into apartments (Tunis) job

We are looking for an architect who has experience in:
- project development (from foundation to completion)
- renovation (demolishing walls, installing new walls, placing pipework on top of existing floor)
- real estate (know which m2 for how much it is rented in Tunisia)
- Construction in Maghreb countries (extra foundation places, column structure, guaranteeing the stability of the building, closing staircases
- turn a villa into apartments
- experience in 3D modelling (Revit) and AutoCad
- estimate the costs
