Required 3D Design,3D Modeling,3D Rendering,3ds Max,Architecture freelancer for Architectual drawings for 2 Commercial/Residential buildings job

1. Need two renderings of a building - One building 96 ft tall (8 stories), One building 60 ft tall (5 stories). Each building will be commercial flex space on floor one. Parking underneath (parking entrance from alley in rear of building) The rest of the building will be residential apartments facing the mountains. The lot is 175ft x 125ft and set backs are 5 ft on each side, so building can be 165x115. Need handicap accessible sidewalks across the front of the buildings.

2. Need a rendering of a similar building that is 90 x 115. (Lot is 100 x 125)

I WILL SHARE SOME LINK WITH A PICTURE WITH KIND OF WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Want a modern look with balconies across the front & side of buildings. Want as much brick on the facade as possible. Love big windows. All specs to commercial grade as bottom floor will be felx commercial space to be used for restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
