Hi, I'm looking for some one with experience in making housing plans as per Indian standards. I'm looking out for a plan in 22yds*25yds east facing plot. I have a rough sketch of the design in AutoCAD but need someone to check and plan for all utilities, electricals, piping and any other details required for construction as per governments requirement in Hyderabad, India. I would also need a 3D model and render of the house both external and internal. The house would be a duplex and pent house (single room) with two Wheeler parking only.
I've got some Ideas for modular interiors in tight spaces.
Output:
1. AutoCAD civil drawings with plans of ground and first floor with Column Layout, electrical, mechanical and plumbing facilities
2. 3D model of the house & -5 rendered images (software to be decided)
