WePlanYourExtension is an architectural design business looking to employ a freelance UK based architectural technician to complete building regulation standard drawings to UK Building Regulations for my projects. All projects are standard domestic scale extensions either single storey, 2 storey, loft conversion or garage conversions. Planning Stage drawings as AutoCAD files are completed and will be supplied. These need to be brought up to standard of detailed design, building regulation application and application submission drawings with full details and specifications suitable for domestic projects. Must be fully experienced and knowledgeable in UK Building Regulations standards and specifications and supply completed AutoCAD files.
