Project feasibility for a small office building in the City of Houston. Determine the number of parking spaces possible, the size of a two-story building possible in a 10,000 sq foot lot. Determine the number of stairs needed, need for sprinklers, and sand pipes if any, setbacks needed. Prepare a preliminary plan to be discussed with the City of Houston-Texas. The lot size is 100'x100' - need at least 18 parking spaces and a 4000 sq ft building. it is ok to park under some portion of the second floor. But must have a first floor ( in other words it can't be a three-story building with parking underneath)
