Required Arduino,Database,javascript,PHP,RFID freelancer for Arduino control system with Database RFID job

We have a car wash which needs an new account system and control system.

Outline- Proprietary software and hardware currently running the system is out of date and parts not available so needs replacing. Currently the system has a database of accounts whom have a RFID card associated. The customer can Select to pay via cash or pay via their account (which is billed monthly) The car wash has 3 manual washing bays and 1 automatic carwash. We need simple Aduino control system and database for rfid cards. I have had an electrician draw some flow diagrams to try and illustrate what is needed. Ideally we would like to replace the current LCD screens with Dot matrix. All installation and hardware require will be installed by a local electrician so all we need is the system creation/programing and virtual testing.
