Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Arduino programmer needed with experience in DC motors job

Hello, I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help me with a kinetic sculpture who has experience in arduino programming and motors.

I have a Planetary Gear DC Motor that I run at 2-5V and I need a programmer to create software/hardware that will let me control the voltage output (into the motor) over time. For instance, I would like to be able to send the motor 2V for 15 minutes followed by 4V for 5 minutes followed by 2.5V for 1 hour. I'm not sure what hardware and or software I'll need, so any advice is much appreciated.

I will share a details of motor I currently have with shortlisted freelancer I would need this project to be finished in one month.
