I'm looking for someone who is great at recruiting people all over the world for a startup company, which involves:
- Putting job posts on various sites (Toogit is one of them, but is not the only one)
- Puts need to be good at filtering for the ideal candidates
- Customizing Google forms for specific roles and to identify potential risks and issues with applicants
- Developing a streamlined on-boarding process to identify A+ players, weed out mediocre people, and quickly embed the culture and ways of working
Required
- Prior experience recruiting people all over the word with online job posts
- Interviewing (I will be the decision maker, but I want an recruiter that done it as a business owner or employee.)
- Making hiring and firing decisions (I will be the decision maker, but I want an recruiter that done it as a business owner or employee.)
- Bring tools & templates (If you just want to execute my ideas, this role is not a fit for you. You will take on my ideas and bring you own tools, templates, and best practices.)

This role is for 6 months or more, after you complete a 3 week trial. If you want something short term, don't apply. I'm looking for someone that will get to know the team and help ongoing.
This roles is not for one launch or one fixed deliverable. It is to provide ongoing copy work.
Depending on what you are good at this role can be 15 to 30 hours a week.
