Onsite Discovery Workshop (1 day): Attended by a senior ClearPass certified engineer and any identified client key stakeholders, the workshop is structured as an open forum for detailed discovery of the requirement and to discuss what the solution is required to achieve. The activity includes a review of existing ClearPass assets and configuration.
- Remote Design and Recommendations (2 days): The collected information will then be reviewed and an approach/design created. The created documentation will include:
o Recommendations of changes to bring the existing ClearPass deployment in line with industry best practises.
o High Level Design of recommended implementation to meet the defined requirement.
o Example ClearPass profile setup to meet the defined requirement.
o Migration plan, including timings for implementation of the solution with a view of minimising downtime.
Onsite Presentation Workshop (1 day): As well as provided documentation the senior ClearPass engineer will attend site for a final workshop to present and explain the proposed solution, detailing how it meets the defined requirement and highlight any concerns
