We are looking for an Assistant Art Director at Ownage Pranks. We are looking for someone that is both imaginative and analytical. They should have quick creative thinking abilities paired with strong attention to detail. This person needs to be confident, yet adaptable. A multitasker and a master of balance.

We're looking for someone with a passion for leading, coaching, and collaborating with project teams from ideation through execution.

Be ready to jump into current projects as well as help the assistant director lessen his load.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to Whatsapp questions, quality reviews, and task
- Participate and/or Facilitate brainstorming sessions
- Setup Trello cards for new projects and assign tasks for the illustrators and animators
- Leave feedback on Frame.io animations
- Review scripts via google docs leaving comments directly on the document
- Check in on Team members and handoff task as well as give deadlines for completion to team members
- Advocate for the importance of quality and consistency
- Seek out constructive criticism and incorporate feedback as a part of your process
- Provide feedback to others and direct a team of designers, copywriters, and freelancers
- Have a passion for technology and awareness of emerging trends/best practices

Requirements:
- Strong, impressive portfolio
- 5+ years of hands-on practice creating and/or managing an animation focused team.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Apps, Whatsapp, Animation principles (Animation software is optional)
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience
- Strong grasp of higher-fidelity illustration, animation, and/or cinematography as it applies to animation production.
- Experience managing a collaborative team of designers and writers
- Ability to multi-task and solve challenges
- Mindful of project timelines, client budgets, etc.
- Great attitude; self-motivated; professional demeanor
- Excellent communication style, both written and verbal
