Required ASP.NET,software development freelancer for Automatic Negative Review Down vote program job

Hello freelancers- I am looking for a skilled freelancers to develop automation software to help my team protect our clients online reputation.

The sofware should:
1) using a proxy service (getproxylist.com) obtain a proxy
2) visit the URL of a Google/Yelp page
3) sign into a Google/Yelp account (if needed)
4) identity negative reviews and click to report or down vote them
5) identify positive and upvote them (we need to randomize how many they do on each)

Additionally it should track how many reviews eventually get removed per url. So at the end of the month it would tell me:

For client name, at url, I reported 40 negative reviews 1000 times. 5 negatives were removed
