Required AWS freelancer for AWS Hosting Account Clean Up job

I have an AWS account and the bill is too high, I need your assistance with the following tasks.
-Identify what son some old EC2 instances
-Backup servers, upload to Google Drive then delete the instance
-Explain what each Elastic IP is being used for (if there is a use)
-Downgrade servers where needed
-Other similar tasks

I want to do this over screen share, I expect it will take 1 to 2 hours of your time.

You must be able to quickly login to each server and help me identify what's on it by showing me the folder/file names. If this is hard for you then you're not a good fit for this job.
