We are looking to create a set of labels in Azure Information Protection (AIP) along the below lines:
- Up to 5 Labels (Say, PII, PHI, Financial, etc.)
- Each labels has three sub-labels (e.g. PII-Low, PII-Medium, PII-High)
- Each of these sub-labels are determined based on the presence of collection of content types, e.g.
-- PII-Low: Includes no more than 10 instances of name, phone number, SSN, etc.
-- PII-Medium: Includes over 10 but less than 100 instances of name, phone numbers, SSN, etc.
-- PII-High: Applied when there are over 100 instances of name, phone numbers, SSN, etc.
The actual content type (Name, SSN, Phone, Address, Swift Code, bank acct. #, routing number, etc.) in scope will be less than two dozens (most of these can be what is already included in Office 365/AIP).
After the labels are applied, guidance for applying them to content in SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams is required.
