- Internal and external SME for Microsoft Azure based solutions.
- Serve as a final escalation point for technical issues/challenges.
- Compare benefits and tradeoffs of Azure solutions to alternative platforms (traditional infrastructure, private cloud, or Azure/GPC)
- Incorporate migration, ongoing management/optimization, and solution integration to ensure customers maximize their value from their Azure-based platform.
