We are looking for someone that has extensive experience using Azure services

We have setup an Azure SQL Database and would like to use Data Factory, Data Flow, and/or Logic Apps to pull in data from FTP CSV files as well as REST APIs into our database.

Looking for guidance on which tool is best to use as well as building the ETL jobs

Issues that we are currently running into:
- Wildcards not working in the CSV file name
- Authorization with OAuth2 APIs like Google Analytics through Data Factory
- Mapping from source file to table: use timestamp, hard coded values, IDs, and NULLs in the mapping to a table
