Hello,
We're looking for a business analyst and UI/UX designer to help us plan a kiosk web app for helping people manage their busy lifestyles. You will be responsible for interviewing me to get the list of requirements, documenting them, and then mocking them up as wireframes for phone, tablet, TV, and web browser.
This will be a phased app. Phase 1, this deliverable, will include a slideshow set to music. Other phases will follow, to include a task list and scheduling app, and then fun apps such as music playing and karaoke. If you succeed for this phase, you will likely be invited to help plan the other phases as well.
Deliverables needed:
- A list of functional requirements (as BA)
- A set of wireframes for an app that fulfills the requirements (as UI/UX designer)
You are free to use any industry-standard tools you choose for the deliverables, but we use Adobe software on Mac computers so your deliverables will need to be compatible with our software.
BA Skills required:
- Superior Interviewing techniques
- Ability to capture business requirements
UI/UX Designer Skills required:
- Ability to understand captured business requirements and turn them into wireframes
- Understanding of modern app and web UI and UX design patterns
Preferred skills:
- Passion for simplistic design
- Attention to even minute detail
The deliverables are split into two pieces, performed by two different people or the same person if you have both skill sets.
In your proposal, please provide a one- or two-paragraph summary of your design experience and why you'd be a great fit for this work. Also include two or three relevant samples of both functional requirements you have created and wireframes that match those requirements.
