Hi, I think that part of the work is done but Not all of it... or if it is, it is Not working properly. Are you able to do eyeball impressions and IP tacking? It is in vue js from MySQL/phpMyAdmin.
This is Not for designing the banners themselves. This is for the coding in the website to display the banners. Users buy the space from us to add their own banner ads to our website.

The Advertising Banners spots are in Vue javascript. We use Nuxt and vue material. They will appear based on Search perimeters in various Modules and by category types. The impressions are counted based on eyeballs and we still need to add the IP tracking. We also use Node, MySQL and Elasticsearch (ELK) So if you can do any of these it will be helpful...

I do need someone with experience that has made Banners before. We are on a tight budget. This is for a prototype site.
The images are Not all showing either so idk if it is an issue between the websites (core) or something else.
