Personal injury law firm. I am looking for someone to do simple medical chronologies in Excel and organize digital medical records. I will send you the medical records in PDF form. The medical chronology you create will be an excel spreadsheet listing each medical visit by date, facility, doctor, and encounter type (e.g.: exam, MRI, surgery). For organizing the digital medical records, the job will be to organize each PDF (they are split by provider) into chronological order and also separate out the bills and move them to the top. Then, the first page of each medical visit will be bookmarked using the Adobe bookmark feature. The goal is for the bookmarks in the PDF files to correspond to the entries in the excel file. I can send an example in case my explanation is bad!
Some of the files are very short and only take about 20-30 minutes. Other are longer and more time consuming. I'm looking to start a long term relationship with someone who can provide this services into the future.
Necessary skills:
Excel and Adobe Acrobat software
Basic knowledge of excel
Ability to organize PDF file and bookmark particular pages
General familiarity with medical records
Bonus if you are able to spot and alert me when you think there might be missing records!
