Required ASP.NET,C#,javascript freelancer for Basic WebSocket based application to exchange authenticated .xml and scripts job

Short (expected one week) project for which the output is code (+executable) that allows a user to logon, and communicate (with others using the same executable) signed (via user public/private key) data objects and methods (e.g. via a script).

To be done in Websocket. Part of a POC project. Language agnostic, but expect c#; could be Java.
