We currently have data spread out across multiple sources/softwares/platforms including but not limited to: Hubspot CRM, Google Sheets, ScheduleOnce, FreshDesk, Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Stripe, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, ManyChat, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and probably more.
We're looking for someone to come in, help consolidate this data in a visual representation (using something like Tableau) to help us make dashboards - or more like scoreboards based on our day to day operations in our company. We want to use these scoreboards to motivate employees, see day to day/week to week/month to month progress on our specific goals and then make decisions based around performance, execution and quality insights from this data and scoreboards.
I have a lot of data currently being used in conjunction with different softwares, Zapier and Google Sheets, but what I don't possess is any programming background to effectively use API's to get full functionality - this means that I'm left trying to use shortcuts (like Zapier) to pull information we need and I'm unable to make them work in the way I want, hence hiring someone.
We are also currently using Tableau in conjunction with API's and Google Cloud Platform where we have started this project, and want to keep moving this way.
