We currently use a platform to collect data (inventory and stocktaking data for bars and restaurants).
The platform we use is very good at collecting the data but poor at displaying it in a useful manner for us and our clients. The platform we use has started designing some dashboard's which look great but still do not deliver enough information and the ability to drill down and see more detail where needed.
The platform we are using has designed an API that allows us to pull our clients data out and so what we are looking for is someone who can firstly recreate some of the existing dashboards we do have (for comparison and to ensure the data extraction process works correctly) and then as a 2nd phase - create more detailed reports and dashboards as required.
Although initially we will only be pulling the data from one source, we want the flexibility to pull from other sources too.
We service multiple clients and so it's important that each client has their own web access to their data via a login but at the same time - we need full access to all of our clients data at higher level for our own analysis.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track history in this area and can provide examples of dashboards and analytical tools they have been involved in creating before. We also have very limited knowledge around the types of platforms and software available out there so need someone who can articulate the options clearly and guide us in the right direction when it comes to making decisions around the way forward.
I have attached a screenshot of our existing Dashboard that our platform currently offers to give an idea about the look and feel we are going for and the details of the API to pull the data we need.
