Job Description
Our company is growing quickly! We are in need of multiple BIM Modellers/Engineers to perform the following tasks:
Primary tasks
- Clash Detection & Coordination, Shop Drawings development
- Model Based Quantities, BoQ Generation (Architectural Finishes, Concrete Volumes, Steel Reinforcement Bending Schedules, MEP Quantities) & also linking revit schedules with Excel
- 4D & 5D Model Development, especially:
o Presenting of construction site layout and building development to clients.
o Site Layout Planning - Placement of Site offices, Placement of Cranes
- Construction installations sequencing using 4D simulations
Requirements
- Expert at working with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Glue, Synchro, Sketchup and Bluebeam are a plus.
- Understanding of construction documents.
- Understanding of construction processes - RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
Other skills that would be a plus:
- Scaffolding Planning
- Concrete Formwork Planning
- Record Model Development from Photos, Point Cloud Data
- Roads - Cut / Fill Quantities & Parts Quantities
