Must have:
- experience with bash (installing and provisioning dependencies etc)
- AWS
- Docker
- Deep understanding of security part of configuration

A big plus is understanding Cosmos SDK (GoLang)
Experience with ETH2.0, EOS and other 'proof of stake' blockchains is a plus
