Required Accounting freelancer for Bookkeeping for Short term rental property management company job

Nice to have:
- Someone had prior bookkeeping experience for property management business
- Willing to share screens on the phone with owner for a few hours of knowledge transfer.
- Willing to grow with us. We expect there to be a 3 to 5 hours of knowledge transfer, 4 to 8 hours of fixing our books as is and 3 to 6 hours a month of work at this point. This will grow as the company grows.
Immediate:
- Give bookkeeping advice on best methodology and strategy for improving how we create our owners statements.
- Reconcile our Quickbooks expenses and deposits (Currently about 65 transactions per month)
- Create owners statements for each property monthly.
Future
- Handle payments to vendors and property owners
