Expect contract to last to the end of April 2019, perhaps beyond that. 40 hours per week. EST business hours 8AM-5PM with 1 hour off for lunch M-F.
Provide phone and email technical Desktop support (mostly Windows, some Mac) to a variety of customers. Must have solid understanding of networking fundamentals, experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10, and Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office 365 administrative experience a big plus. MUST have excellent spoken and written language skills. Must be VERY reliable. Must have reliable high-speed internet connection, a good computer, and a home office in which you can work free from distractions. Will need references from previous employers in the same position. Must have done general helpdesk support for an IT company - preferably an MSP - for at least 2 years. Providing product-specific support of a specific product or service does not qualify - must be general desktop support. Must have experience supporting very senior people such as high-powered attorneys, business owners, and CEOs.
Note that although you will mostly work from home we will want you to go onsite to customer locations from time to time.
