Have an online database service I need to scrape.

The service lets you add people to a list one by one.

Once it hits 200 people you must export the list and then go through and delete everyone one by one.

I want to automate the adding of people to the list and deleting of people to the list with either a chrome extension / macros or bot of some sort.
