The general role of the executive brand director is to manage social media accounts, post regularly on the social accounts, schedule content so that it goes out on the right times/days, understand social media trends of the content, build out a content strategy for each client, advise other team members on how to make the project a social success!
We want somebody who can advise on the overall brand strategy, provide ideas and feedback and how the project should go, advise team members on how they need to do the design, writing, etc. To make sure it aligns with the brand of the client. And the main duties of posting and scheduling every week. Managing the flow of content.
You must be able to come up with strategies ideas and tactics that can help the growth of the business, such as planning and executing giveaways, contests, co-branding opportunities, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and more along with the team. You must be able to build out content strategy docs and timelines to hit goals.
YOU MUST have worked with previous brands. And fully understand how to grow, manage, execute and direct brand strategies towards growth. This is not a simple job and does require someone with experience and skills with online marketing, social media management, Personal relations, team leadership skills, etc.
The pay depends on the specific project scope of work. Pay can vary between $200 to $600USD for full brand directing roles per client per month. I will send you a document that outlines this more specifically.
