My company teaches American Red Cross courses of all flavors. I need a website where I can organize courses offered, add courses, remove courses, edit courses, and allow customers to pay via P4YPal. Courses should be organized by default, by start date and display location, dates, cost, course name, and a description, and the age requirement IF I check the age requirement box.

There should be a contact us page, with your typical spam protected form.

There should be an About page with each staff member and their bio.

Preferred technologies used: HTML5, CSS, PHP, JS
Technologies to avoid: Any of the new flavors of JS like angular, node, etc.

I need to be able to tweak it and im an old school PHP guy.
