To goal: get dynamic responses in Dialogflow

I want an integration between Dialogflow and Google Sheets.
In Dialogflow I want to create all kinds of intents that always include a parameter.
Based on the parameter, I would like the chatbot to return different answers. I want to host and modify the different values for responses in google sheets.

The code should be fairly basic and just for an example intent so that this can be added for more intents later on.

The script needs to be written in Node JS
