Required C,javascript freelancer for Build desktop utility bing/google maps csv data job

Build stand alone desktop utility where you input and large excel or csv file with names and addresses. The utility downloads the street view picture from bing or google of the house at the address. The picture will be saved to a local drive/folder that you select and the relative link is added to the csv file in the column next to the name/address recorder
