Build a simple app on AWS (e.g. with Lamda functions) to deploy containers using Kubernetes or similar container orchestration API.

Requirements:
1) deploy a containerised version of rocket.chat along with all its dependencies
2) support a custom domain (generate a DNS target for the custom domain's CNAME record)
3) support restart stop and terminate operations on container
