Seeking a Contract Law Attorney
Summary of Requirements:
I want contractual agreement for a business relationship between 3 parties(A.B.C).
The contract requires language that will guarantee party (A) will pay parties B&C an agreed % of any business deals that come from an introduction/meetings arranged by parties B&C & party A and other Individuals or corps. Also if Party A develops other business relationships as results of meetings originally set up by parties B&C, party A will owe agreed %. Any other words. IF party B&C introduce party A to party D. and Party D introduces A to party E.For G. Parties B&C still get paid.
Parties B&C will have rights to examine party A's books.
Parties B&C will be paid within 24 hours of Party A being paid. In other words the moment party A gets paid, Parties B&C get paid.
Also: IF any funds are raised for party A from introductions made by parties B&C an agreed equity% and shares of party A's corp will be owed to parties B&C
It must also include Non-disclosure non-compete language.
The agreement must be contain language under California law. Basically parties B&C need to be protected in every way possible.
