I am looking for someone who can help me create deliverables, deliver milestones and add value. I want a person who is an analyst or admin that can partner with an HR startup and meet the backend needs of clients.
An understanding of business process, GAP analysis, 360 assessment will be helpful. Ability to understand strategy and business process will certainly help. I am looking for a self starter and a person who doesn't need a lot of handholding. The successful candidate should have be able to research best practices and be able to write reports that help individuals and organizations better understand a SWOT. If successful this can be a longer-term project. Six Sigma is a good skill to have as well. I would like for the candidate to be able to create and develop relevant white papers and reports. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate well and have excellent business writing skills.

The ideal person will be able to assist the small company and help us produce quality deliverables. The successful candidate will have times that we can talk on the phone to discuss strategy and updates on client deliverables. Being able to manage projects and being extremely detailed oriented and organized will be very helpful.
