Required C#,Website Development freelancer for C# app to monitor presence of text in HTML page job

Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

I am looking for a basic console app that will take a URL, download the HTML of that URL, look for an specific text, if it finds all is good and does nothing. If it does not find it calls a web api to past an alert message. This console app will read the URLs from a CSV value we provide.

This app will need to be done in C#
