Required Microsoft Visual Studio freelancer for C# Programmer for custom XMLDSIG implementation job

This project's goal is a custom implementation of XML Signature 1.1.

This implementation must use a proprietary cryptography component we provide.
In other words, it must do private key cryptography with our proprietary implementation.

Fundamentally, this project is about method `Sign` for applying XML Signature 1.1 to a XDocument, and a corresponding `Verify` for signature verification.

We shall provide:
- pseudo-code specification
- skeleton Visual Studio 2017 project
- our proprietary cryptography API
- Xunit TCK

The product shall be a .NET Standard 1.2 component.
