Required C,Docker freelancer for C Programmer needed for a university project job

This is a university assignment that I don't have time for.

Deliverables:
- Converting two sequential solutions written in C programming language for two problems
- Achieve a speed up in the concurrent version of at least 25 on a 56-cores execution (evaluation system will be given to test this out)

Givens:
- Two sequential C programs
- Evaluation bench and how to use it

The freelancer must be comfortable with:
- C programming language
- Concurrency concepts and how to implement them
- Docker (not mandatory but it is a plus)
