Required .NET Framework,C#,Computer Science freelancer for C# Programmer Wanted job

I am a software developer with an idea for a software application that I think will make money when it is finally produced. The name of the program is NPCOMP. I would like to hire a C# programmer as an independent contractor only (for the short term) to help in writing some of the subroutines of the program. Since I work during the day (8:30-5:30) as an Autocad draftsman, I cannot interact with he/she on a regular basis so the work involved would just be intermittent work when I have the chance to go to the project, (which fluctuates because of the necessities of the drafting job). So, the work would be about an average of 3 hours per week at the most until the project gets underway and then it would increase to a larger number of hours per week, if you stay on the project.
