Required Legal freelancer for CA Business Looking for Effective Lawyer job

We are looking for ongoing help to politely encourage people that owe us money to pay their bills. We have contracts / agreements in place that show what we did for them and for how much. Overall, they just have not received enough motivation to get that done. We know a properly worded letter from an attorney will do that trick.

We are looking for an attorney that can rely on us for consistent weekly work in return for a business friendly retainer per month. We don't want to be billed to death every 15 minutes.

In addition, your help would be greatly appreciated in enforcing certain contracts with vendors, etc. on an as needed basis.

We are based in CA and need you to be able to able to practice in CA as well.
