Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for CAD designer / Engineer to create plans for sun room edition job

Looking to add a sunroom to my home. Trying to pull permits and hire my own subs for this project. I don't really know what size beams, rafters, columns etc I'll need based on my desired floor plan.

Essentially this will be a 24'x12' roof (or technically a 26'x13' due to the 1' overhang)
The Sunroom would be a 16'x12 and the 8x12 area is just an covered patio that is not enclosed. My house is 2 story so the roof would tie into the house.

Looking to have someone help me w/ design plans to NC (Mecklenburg County) building codes and assemble a materials list. Floor plan sketch will provide you soon.
