Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for CAD designer to create a 3D model of a residential building from 2D AutoCAD model and photos job

I am looking to have a 2D AutoCAD file of a UK Residential property turned into a 3D Lifelike computer generated images (CGI) for planning approval purposes.

You will be working/starting from the 2D AutoCAD file of the property (a single house) together with photos of the existing scene (i.e. how the site looks now) and other examples of other street scenes as examples to work from.

I am only looking for 2 exterior and 1 to 2 interior CGI pictures.

A limited amount of landscaping around the house would also be required.

Experience of the UK residential property market would, while not entirely necessary, be a benefit.
