CAD designer to create a 3D model of a residential building with specific features

We'd like to create an illustration using CAD of a residential building but focusing on the energy-efficient home features. We will let you know which elements need to be included, that in total aim to visualize a 'future climate proof home' based on some experts' interviews.

So, the final purpose of this project is to present what a future climate proof house looks like to our audience - mostly homeowners or professionals who are interested in learning energy efficient home design trends

We need a CAD designer with experience in residential building and, ideally, with knowledge of energy-efficient home design.

The project would be separated into two phases:

1) Sketching the structure and deciding elements - sketching the base house + all the features we should include (pointing where and how you would like to include the features by text, if you want). The first sketch can be pretty rough, as we may have to make several changes after sketching
3) Final drawing (choosing colors create the final drawing)
