I am looking for a consultant who can be available for a brief consultancy that also opens the door to an ongoing consultancy amounting to (likely) 3 hours a week, up to 5.
The person should be very strong in engineering, CAD (especially Solidworks) and Photoshop. They should have experience with Stratasys printers, especially the higher end printers, such as the Stratasys J750.
On the one hand, you will be coaching a newly hired designer, longer term, you may be called upon to provide CAD/prototyping for overflow work.
Right now, here is what our trainee is struggling with:
'Im having some issues trying to figure out how to color map/bumping for two days now. Ive searched online but there are not many resources out there yet about this color mapping using PS. I wonder if you have an specific resource that would guide me through this process. To my knowledge my Photoshop is operating fine, but I just don't get how to properly layer the image in the way I want. Would you please help me when you get a chance?'
You should be able to coach this individual to a satisfactory resolution of this problem.
You will, if successful, be retained for future similar coaching and problem solving.
